  • Eligible Items: We accept returns for phone cases within 7 days of the order date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Tempered Glass and Screen Protectors

  • Non-Refundable: Please note that all tempered glass and screen protector items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Claim Requirements: To process your claim, you must provide a video unboxing of the item. This video must clearly show the condition of the item upon receipt.
